What to expect at the Drama Studio – Twelfth Night

The building will open to our audience at 7.00pm before a performance which will begin at 7.30pm.

Ticket holders will be requested to show an NHS Covid Pass on entering the theatre. You can obtain a Pass by referring to this website. YOU MUST wear a face covering at all times within the theatre.

Seat numbers
SUDS ushers will ask to see your ticket on your phone or printed out on paper by you.
If you cannot show this, staff will have a list of attendees and will confirm your details.
Having confirmed your booking, ushers will give you your seat numbers.

Face coverings
Whilst the use of Face Coverings is no longer a legal requirement, WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE YOU to wear a face covering at all times within the theatre, unless exempt or when eating or drinking.

Hand sanitisation
We strongly encourage all customers and staff to regularly wash their hands and use the hand sanitiser stations provided.

Toilets
The Drama Studio toilet facilities are available throughout the performance should you wish to use them at quieter times and avoid queues.
If you leave your seat during the performance, we shall re-admit you to your seat at a safe point in the show. If appropriate you may be offered an alternative seat until a safe time.

Foyer
We request that audience members maintain social distancing when moving about the Studio and do not congregate in the Foyer.
We regret that we may be unable to provide refreshments during the interval. We shall confirm arrangements to ticket-holders before the show.

Leaving the building
After the show, please make your way promptly out of the building.
If you wish to meet any member of the cast after the show, please wait outside the Stage Door on Shearwood Road. As it will not be possible for you to re-enter the building at the Stage Door, it may be more convenient to arrange to meet elsewhere.
