The Hypochondriac

The hilarious new adaptation by Roger McGough follows Argan, a wealthy grump so convinced of his own frailty that he attempts to marry his daughter off to a dull-witted doctor just to secure free medical care. What follows is a riotous comedy of errors filled with clever disguises, family schemes, and sharp wit, proving that sometimes laughter really is the only cure.
Performances: provisional dates are 8th – 14th November at the Drama Studio
Read-Through: Join us to get a taste of the play on Thursday 18th June at the University Arms (Wilson Room, upstairs). We have the room from 7:00pm for pre-reading drinks; the read-through begins promptly at 7:30pm
